Guacamole

As for fresh dishes it is better to start with guacamole, there is nothing more delicious than a homemade guacamole with fresh avocados, spices, onions, limes, coriander. The taste will always be linked to the quality of the products used.

Tropical salad (mango)

As a vegetarian option we offer you the tropical salad made with mango, peanuts, homemade mayo, our famous "pico de gallo " (tomatoes, onions, coriander, lemon), radish, cucumber accompanied by tortilla-chips "totopos".

Ceviche (fresh fish)

For the summer, the lightness of fresh recipes and seafood evoke holidays, good humor and relaxation. Our ceviche made with cod marinated in lime, spices, fresh coriander, onions, tomatoes will conquer your palate.

Mole chocolate sauce

Traditional and ancestral Mexican sauce, made with a recipe from my mother of more than 18 ingredients, the love and patience of homemade is represented in all its splendor in this recipe. For those curious about new tastes such as mole will surprise you with its nuts and dried fruits, roasted sesame, its 6 varieties of grilled peppers and Mexican spices mixed with dark chocolate, the perfect marriage between spicy and exotic.

Quesadilla mozza-chicken

It is made from tortillas and melting cheese (most often slices of Oaxaca cheese, called in this form queso asadero or quesillo, queso Menonita,Chihuahua cheese or in the United States monterey jack), sometimes embellished with other ingredients.

Mojito white rum

The mojito, pronounced [moˈxito] in Spanish, or mojito, in French, is a traditional cocktail of Cuban cuisine and Culture, made from rum, soda, lime and fresh mint leaves. Inspired by mint julep and variant of the Ti-punch of the West Indies, Daïquiri, and Cuba libre, he was born in Cuba in the Caribbean in the 1910s.

Margarita white tequila

The Margarita is a tequila-based cocktail, invented by Americans in Mexico. It is a before lunch that would be a version of the cocktail daisy (which means "daisy" in French, "margarita" in Spanish) in which the brandy is replaced by tequila during Prohibition, when the Americans opened bars in Mexico and Canada in the border areas.

Birria de jalisco veal

A recipe originating from the Jalisco region, birria is the famous dish to make in parties and for special events such as a birthday or a wedding. Braised veal with typical Mexican peppers (anchos, guajillos, d'arbol, chipotles), its marinade with spices and peppers allows us to have a consistent sauce and rich in flavors, authentic and spicy.
